1. Do you provide any service other than massage?
We at Hamden Spa Palace, provide specialized and professional massage services. We are a one-stop-hub for all the professional Asian massage and spa needs. However, we do not offer any other improper services other than massage.
2. During the session, do I have to keep my underwear on?
Yes, of course, you need to keep your underwear on during the entire session of the massage. Please don’t remove your underwear when masseur is close by during service.
Our manager will help you prepare for the massage in a private room with all the amenities. You just need to take off your cloth, keep your face down on the massage table and cover your body with clean and safe bath towels, that you will be offered.

3. Do I have to book an appointment?
Every massage session needs a prior appointment. So that we serve you better, it is always better to get an appointment done one day in advance. If you try to get an appointment for the same day, we cannot promise you the same, due to the unavailability of massage slots. You need to call us at (203) 401-8063 directly to book your appointment. 4. Do I need to tell something to the massage therapist before the session starts?
In general, you don’t need to tell anything. As your massage therapist is an expert one and well-versed with all the required techniques.
However, you can communicate regarding the pressure preference, your particular health conditions and pain point, if any. You can also ask for the body areas that need to be focused during the session. This way, you will absolutely get the best massage experience.
